We consider ourselves to have sound and proven experience based on 20 years of design, manufacture and installation of heavy-duty handling equipment for the submarine, power and umbilical cable industries.

The environment has been an important part in the production since we started the company.

Certification

We have supplied under SS EN 1090-1 and SS EN 3834-2:

Wheels and rail design
The wheels are designed to be removable even when the carousel is fully loaded. However, it should be emphasized that no wheel has ever required replacement in any RSS carousel. Wear is kept to a minimum by angling and tapering the wheel, and the rail material is a special hardened product manufactured by Swedish Steel AB. This ensures that the wheels, and not the rails, wear.

Drives

The Pinch Roll Driving System is electrically or hydraulically driven and the units are compact and low profile. The system allows for accurate inching and any drive can be disengaged in seconds. Wear is minimal and maintenance costs are low.
